In the years following the successful launch of Origin Gen1, the Shaper engineering team and I have been hard at work expanding the Shaper ecosystem with carefully considered accessories (Workstation & Plate) and design software built specifically for craftspeople (Studio).
But today, I’m particularly proud to announce Origin Gen2. We redesigned it from the ground up to improve everything about what Origin can do. Everything from the Quad-core compute module to the factory calibration systems that subject Origin Gen2 to thousands of rigorous tests where architected, designed, and built by me and my engineering-team colleagues.
